Why we love this Wine
Up until 2004, the Costières-de-Nîmes appellation was part of the Languedoc and is now considered a member of the South-Western Rhône family. Here, Château de Campuget riff on Syrah and Vermentino grapes grown on the famous ‘galets’ or large pebbles left over from ancient glaciers. A typical, inviting pale colour with aromas of delicate red berry fruits, almond paste, grapefruit and blossom, finishing savoury, dry and totally sessionable…. As it should.
