Why we love this Wine
A lighter style of skinsy Pinot Gris, orange-ish around the edges, while a little rosé in character too. From an organically-farmed patch outside Hahndorf (all of Aaron Fenwick’s wines come committed to this type of farming). It’s pretty, lifted and intriguing. “My dreamboat skin-contact wine (almost)” says Aaron. Nothing “almost” about this.
