From Aaron Fenwick out of Anton Von Klopper's shed in the Adelaide Hills, and from Pooks Hill Vineyard which has been farmed organically for the past eight years. French-inspired Gamay with a French-inspired label. It’s the 50/50 party of whole-bunch fruit and de-stemmed berries here that nails the balance. ‘Disco wine but classy’ Aaron calls it. Let’s dance.
