Old mates Simon Jones and Charles O’Brien of Chateau Acid have brought in the curve ball with this one, the ceramic egg in fact. Biodynamic fruit pressed to egg for ferment and aging. Made to liven up a room, it's zippy and fresh. Crisp citrus, a good acid swing, and a sprinkling of salinity. No wood, no worries. Only question left, over easy or sunny side up?
