Why we love this Wine
is Danish for Archangel. Thusly monikered in honour of Charlotte’s mum who was half-Danish and it’s a drop-dead gorgeous Semillon, fermented in French oak barrels with plenty of creamy, leesy action in the mix. It’s a lovely detailed wine with a scorching clarity to its form, a fine sense of space and an inherent, sapid drinkabilty that will win over many fans at a seafood barbie…...which sounds like a pretty rad plan.
