Why we love this Wine
Turn up the volume. This little blend by Charles is 75% organic Syrah, a bit of whole bunch, and 25% Grenache. No plunging or pump overs. Straight up orchestra of fruit here, dark cherries and bramble notes. White pepper and earthy tones wrap up the melodies. Staying in the lane of medium body, there's textural flare and a whip of acidity keeping it bright. Pair with Café Del Mar Vol. XIII and good company.
