Why we love this Wine
Two stalwart grapes of the old guard coming together in a way that smacks of the new new. Approx one third Chardy, two thirds Savvy B, crafted in mostly stainless steel but with a little oak in the mix. A whole lotta citrus aroma, whip-crack sharp acid, and a real saline flourish. Preserved lemons, black lime, texture-texture-texture. Delightful.
