Why we love this interesting drink
Semillon from hospo legend and winemaker Ollie Margan’s family vineyard in the Hunter Valley. Grapes are fermented to dryness while aromatics including mandarin, lavender and lime leaf are harvested from the estate. Plenty of care and tinkering was worth their efforts for this plush yet dry, refreshing style with an orange bitters contour. Enjoy on the rocks, splash into a gin and mixer, or go 50/50 with campari for a dream aperitif.
