Suns out, ‘ceps out. The Cep by Cep Anjou Blanc is 100% hand-harvested Chenin Blanc, and you can taste that tender touch. Fruit salad flavour, served slightly saline – wrong in a bowl but great in the bottle, this is dry and delightfully acidic. Zippier than a dragonfly.
