Corvina and Rondinella in this delicate Bardolino red blend, from guyot-trained vineyards between 100 to 120m above sea level. Intense fruit on the nose, wild cherries and raspberry. The palate zings with peppery spice and persistent acid. A slight chill would be entirely welcome, but delightful any which way. Perfect pairing for light meat dishes and hearty veg.
