Why we love this Wine
Tell the group chat— we're quitting our jobs, and starting a winemaking co-op in southwest France, following the Castelmaure model. San Sa! is the slightly more bodied of their wines, blending Grenache and Syrah. Unfussy, positively smashable wine is the Castelmaure credo, and frankly it's one to live by. Black cherries and anise, in a balanced little package including light acidity and gentle tannin. No added sulphur. How good.
