Why we love this Wine
60% Grenache, 40% Carignan, harvested by hand to undergo carbonic maceration. The outcome is a luscious but light blend that lends itself all too well to being chilled down and quaffed liberally. Predictable perhaps, but this is a hero wine to serve alongside French cuisine, or any food where fat is a vehicle for flavour. This coats the mouth beautifully, giving flavours of cassis and strawberries.
