It’s no surprise this beautiful pocket of Beechworth in Vic produces one of Australia’s best Sangioveses. Superb freshness and clarity of fruit, red cherries with spice and bracken-like complexity. A little oak, beautifully integrated. Powdery tannins and multiple dimensions. Brilliant.
