Why we love this Wine
Interesting drinking from Portugal, this refreshing white is Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, and Verdelho, lightly pressed after a bit of skin contact. Bottled straight from tank with no oak, it sings of its high-altitude place not far from the coast. Salty minerality and sea spray-like acid, apple, melon and wild fennel. Very cool.
