Why we love this Wine
Right this way, Barolo bandits. This is huge. Grown over compact blue marl, the elevated Cerretta site produces thick-skinned Nebbiolo bursting with violet, leather and punchy red fruit that somehow converts to suede-like tannin. Magic really. Roughly 24 months in Slavonian oak and a few French barriques precedes at least another year in bottle before it reaches you lovely people.
