Why we love this Wine
Step right up folks, this Aglianico from the Benevento province has many-o layers just waiting for you to peel back. Red fruits and spices, woven with hints of dried herbs and a lovely earthiness. Your palate will be flooded with crushed dark cherries, a wee bit of red liquorice, did we mention the herbs? Versatile and bold, with a grip and grainy tannin on the back end making for a flawlessly pairing with any rich foods. Lordy that lingering spicy red fruit, doing good things here.
