Catarratto's got a reputation problem β it's Sicily's most planted grape, and most of it vanishes into Marsala or nameless bulk plonk. Tule's here to change that story.
The Vesco family run these vines alongside olive groves and wheat fields on Alcamo's sandy hills, part of the Terroirs Project chasing clean, honest fruit over prestige.
100% Catarratto, hand-picked off chalky, saline soils, fermented in steel for a fortnight, natural malo, six months resting on lees before an unfiltered bottling. Pear, green apple, a stony, salty edge.
Bulk grape, main character energy.
