Why we love this Wine
Skin macerated for sure, but not the wildest of Carlo Tabarrini’s whites. The most interesting? Hotly debatable. Peanuts and almonds give way to dried peach on the nose. Sour mandarin and oranges, fresh and delightful. Trebbiano, 6 days on skins then into neutral oak and stainless steel. No adds and gloriously clean.
