Why we love this Wine
Early harvest of Sangiovese for that extra crunchiness and low-alcohol goodness. De-stemmed by hand and gentle winemaking all the way with stainless tanks and elevage in old barrels. Carlo Tabarrini began with 1/2 a hectare of abandoned/neglected vineyards in Umbria, and now we have this gorgeous juice. Punchy and full-bodied Rosé.
