100% Grechetto on skins for 2 days, it’s a tannic party of orange rind, melon and smokiness from Carlo Tabarrini of Cantina Margo. An incredibly complex wine, but simple and honest drinking too. Luscious, viscous and tangy, it’s certainly the wildest of Carlo’s babies. Nothing-added goodness.
