If you want the most Piedmontese of Piedmont, we think we've found it in the wines of Fabrizio Iuli. Intriguing wines built around certified organic viticulture, with concentrated fruit and flirtatious floral notes. Baratuciat is a near-extinct white variety from the Val di Susa, its name translating to "the cat's testicles" in homage to the vine's dangling oval shaped berries. Here kitty, kitty.
