Cantina Giardino's gateway drug for the orange-curious. Glu Glu comes from ninety-year-old Fiano vines in the Gaia vineyard, five hundred metres up on volcanic soil in Irpinia. Two days on skins, then rested in sandstone amphorae until spring — no additions, no filtration, no fuss. Light on its feet with stone fruit, citrus pith and a saline snap that keeps it honest. Glug it.
