Named Shiraz, but decidedly cool climate and with that 4% Viognier doing its thing, its arguably Syrah in style. Grown and produced in Geelong by the Farr family operation, hold onto your undies and prepare for a gutsy, layered wine, lush in ripe fruit and peppery spice with an earthy, visceral tannin. Equal parts power and elegance = a most special Sometimes.
