Vignerons for 5 generations on the Pelješac Peninsula, in the south of the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Plavac Mali is indigenous to the region, and boy is it a treat. Intense, delicately structured, and lingering. Earthy minerals alongside soft tannin and fresh plums. Pops of sour cherry, licks of caramel. We might be overdoing it, but boy, it develops with every sip.
