Old one-eyed Odin sees straight enough – this Rouge blend of Tempranillo, Carignan and Grenache pulls in fruit from the sloping surfaces of Banyuls-sur-Mer in Roussillon, well-trod turf for Bruno Duchêne. This is vin de France done rich and intense, with lovely underlying spice.
