Why we love this Wine
Former man of mushrooms, Bruno Duchêne doesn’t shy away from a challenging parcel of vines, risking it for the biscuit on treacherous slopes above the Med in Banyuls. All bouncy personality, this salt stained rogue from Roussillon, France gets a little skin fermented Xarel-lo from Penedès blended through. The result is plenty of texture and chewiness, a little under-ripe white peach crunchiness.
