Why we love this Wine

Entry-level maybe, but on-the-level definitely. This is Brocard Pierre's only blended Champagne (80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc) deriving its grapes from vineyards near Celles-sur-Ource. Ripe citrus, a rich, moussey mouthfeel and a lick of saline minerals. Charmed, I'm sure.
