Why we love this Wine
Brian is a wee side project from wine-writer Mike Bennie and Tasmanian winemakers Joe Holyman and Peter Dredge and it’s one of our favourite things and this Rizza in particular tickles our fancy. It’s got a bit of the Jura about it with a nutty edge dialling up the complexity and a vivid crystalline pulse drives it across the tongue . Think finger-limes, grilled nuts, kaffir lime leaves and some briney, manzanilla-like notes and you’re on the right track…. It’s cracking stuff.
