Why we love this Wine

We love this little skin contact Pinot Gris from Mike Bennie, Peter Dredge and Joe Holyman. It’s a smashable little beauty that see’s around 4 weeks of skin contact giving us a fresh wild-eyed textural ride. It’s all peachy and red-fruited with soft spice nuance and light amaro herb, grilled nuts and freshly-cut fennel notes. Slinky, pithy and wonderfully delicious drinking.
