Why we love this Wine
This is a side project from favourite wine writer Mike Bennie, and Tasmanian winemakers Joe Holyman and Peter Dredge. It’s light and perfumed, with layers of intrigue going on. The “3 Pinots” is made from three pinots: noir, gris and meunier. Sourced from organic sites, with a tiny bit of sulphur on bottling. That’s it.
