Why we love this Wine

The usual Brian suspects (wine writer Mike Bennie and Tasmanian winemakers Joe Holyman and Peter Dredge) along with Biodynamic Keeler Estate fruit. Skins for 2 weeks and old oak, pretty and fragrant, with structure and complexity. From “3 Pinots” including Noir, Gris and Meunier. What a match. If there was Pinot Blanc around that’d be in the mix to. But this trio works wonders.
