Langhe Nebbiolo fresh as the breeze, crafted for elegance, earthiness and lively spice on the nose. Approachable and sleek, there's orange zest and rose petals in the bouquet, while cranberries and red currants chime tart and a little fruity on the palate. Dating back to 1885 in the village of Barolo itself, the Brezza family continue to cultivate some 23 hectares of vineyards, lending their generations of vinous wisdom to celebrated crus such as Cannubi, Castellero and Sarmassa. Approaches to winemaking are classic and traditional: concrete vessels to ferment, macerations are long, and further ageing occurs in large format Slavonian oak botti. Tradish and delish, very swish.
