Why we love this Wine
I’d like think that if Hunter.S.Thompson drank a Chardonnay, it would be the Klusterphunk; blasting across the desert with his Samoan attorney as bats swooped down to slurp from his glass. Andries and Yoko Lüscher-Mostert do it again with a wicked take on Chardonnay - three weeks on skins it’s slinky, waxy and textural, shape-shifting across the palate like light flittering through clouds. It’s wild.
