Why we love this Wine
Pet Nat with a story. Some vines were running the length of Brad Hickey’s neighbouring property. A sample sent to France came back labeled as the “Crystal” variety. After some cuttings and new plantings, this is the result. Wow, it’s alive. Straw, bread and beer on the nose, apple, pear and yuzu in the mouth. Tart, clean and pure. Epic.
