Why we love this Wine
A medium-bodied emerging variety for McLaren Vale that packs a punch – a warmer year with lower yields, resulting in concentrated flavours and balanced wines. Even lower considering this was hand-selected fruit, vinified in a 2-tonne fermenter for two weeks. Expect blood orange, ginger, nutmeg, and white pepper in a bath of ripe red plum and pomegranate. Perhaps a future addition to the seven deadly 'CINS'.
