Why we love this Wine
We'll always make room for a bottle of Brash Higgins wine. Honey, straw and lemonade persuade us towards a lemon, liquorice and saline palate. It toes and froes between a savoury edge and fruit-driven complexity. Lean acidity peeks through, while old oak barrels build texture and coax out those saline, coastal notes. Chenin Blanc, not as you'd expect it.
