Why we love this Wine
Swiss couple Brigitte, Bruno and daughter Barbara run this Tuscan estate. Grown on two stony hilltop sites, this wine spent a year in concrete and steel - no oak. Its freshness and notions of terroir meld texturally in the glass. Lip-smacking cherries and spiced plums, red and purple. Carpe diem; drink now with ragu pappardelle and eggplant pizza.
