Why we love this Wine
Husband and wife Rémi and Laurence Dufaitre got vines around the Brouilly and Cote de Brouilly crus in 2006. Rémi began selling grapes, while monitoring the indigenous yeast population until he felt it was healthy enough to make his own wine. Very cool. Beaujolais fermented in concrete tanks. A classic carbonic style. Don’t miss this.
