Why we love this Wine
Nestled deep in the soul-stirring Adelaide Hills, this Chardonnay from Mark and Alicia has wonderful concentration and a pristine acid line. Forreston fruit from rows of vines facing east and west over black cracking clay. Whole bunch press, followed by an overnight slumber, and then it's off to the barrel for a wild and glorious fermentation. Clean, pretty serious, pretty fun. Prepare the cheese board.
