Andre and Selina’s third Nero, sourced from the Willunga foothills warrants a whole bunchy expression. Tough conditions for the vines delivers preciously pure fruit. Stored briefly in ceramic eggs, it’s a bright, light expression of dark plum and sour cherry, savoury spice and white pepper. Don’t stash it, drink it.
