Why we love this Wine
McLaren Vale’s favourite white. Sourced from the Lacey block, tried and tested by several of the Vale’s stalwarts, 3km east of Maslin beach. Only 200 dozen made, a lengthy ferment and time in the couple’s favourite ceramic eggs makes for a layered wine they reckon is best enjoyed in its youth. Take it to the beach, switch off, daydream and doze between glasses.
