Why we love this Wine
A unique variety out of the Pyrenees. Traditionally blended, now put in the lime light for a solo show. Mid weight, there's a buffet of aromatics and a strong hint that this is something exquisitely different. Blackcurrants and strawberries, subtle florals and black tea, dare we say hoppy? Layers of notes, we're into it. soft texture, and a good zap of acidity.
