Why we love this Wine
The Yarra Valley’s Bobar Wines consistently produce one of the most impressive Viognier wines in the country. The Bobar rendition of the grape variety is subtle and fine with a gorgeous texture and flow across the palate. Fruit aromas and flavours of spiced pear, citrus and just a waft of apricot and almond blossom. It’s expansive, pithy and generous in the mouth with a great acid backbone reining in the fruit, keeping everything in line. Great slinky, savoury drinking.
