Why we love this Wine
Inspired by Vin Jaune, the specialty from Jura, where white grapes essentially create a dry fino Sherry that isn’t fortified. BK’s version was created over three years using 100% Savagnin. Fermented for one month on skins, three barrels were stashed away and left to continue fermenting under a layer of flor yeast for nearly three years. A powerful wine that demands cheese. Comté please!
