Why we love this Wine
Named after the moon phase it was picked during, the syrah from this biodynamic vineyard was 100% whole bunch fermented, with three weeks on skins and matured in old oak. Baked mulberry pie served with cream and sprinkled with Chinese five spice and white pepper is the official tasting note, not a pairing suggestion. With only three barriques made, this won’t last long… not that any of BK’s wines ever do…
