Why we love this Wine
Oh holy savagnin, this is Brendon Keys’ take on the variety. On skins for a while, open concrete ferment, then old French barrels for eight months. It’s salty and pithy in the middle, with marmalade and lime on the finish. A little reductive, a little pent up. Full of swagger. Very cool.
