Why we love this Wine
Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Grüner Veltliner make the perfect pals, with Savagnin dropping in for the party. A little bit wild and slightly oxidative maybe, it’s savoury and textured and super intriguing. Cool musk with apple and white pepper. A zing of acid just perfect alongside a chalky finish.
