Why we love this Wine
An old dry-grown biodynamic vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, this is cool climate syrah at its shiniest. 100% whole bunch fermented, it’s dry and savoury with red fruits and a dusting of white pepper. Packed with violets and lavender, it’s a wine made in limited numbers. And worth a look every time.
