Future plans, past mistakes… On first taste, this beauty had us quickly forgetting a lot more than ancient empires. Pretty violets on the nose lead in juicy, menacing dark fruit wearing a cape of grippy tannin, with a little Robin sidekick of oak for good measure. It’s big, easy drinking vibes from Big Easy. Just plain yum.
