Why we love this Wine
From artist and winemaker Bibi Graetz, Cassamatta is his ‘crazy house’ wine. Fermentation is done at very low temperatures to lock in freshness, and make it slowly last. From vineyards of Capalbio, south of Tuscany in Maremma. It tastes like the Tuscan coast, sun kissed and perfumed moscato oranges and vermentino pears.
